We have complete advanced production line for disc blades, like forging, machining, heat treatment, powder coated painting and so on. The disc diameter is available from 280 to 960mm, and thickness from 3 to 12mm. We mainly use 65Mn and boron steel, with respective HRC 38-44 and 48-52, which give the discs stable performance and reliable quality. Custom made service is available to be done as your drawing, sample or technical requirement.
